This Community Center for the Lee’s Summit Parks & Recreation includes facilities gym with two full-size courts, 2 racquet ball courts, meeting rooms, child care facilities, lap pool with two-story water flume slide, play pool with lazy river, fountains and other play features, spa pool, full kitchen, extensive fitness area, balcony walk/run track, and complete locker room facilities.
The building is a combination of pre-cast structural concrete, masonry, structural steel, and glue-laminated structural timber construction.
