The Historic Professional Building is located at the corner of 11th Street and Grand Avenue in downtown Kansas City, Missouri and is part of the on-going revitalization of the downtown area. This project is a complete renovation and restoration of one of Kansas City’s most architecturally intricate buildings. Under the jurisdiction of the Parks Department, the upper 15 floors of this 16-story building will be converted into 132 for-rent living units. The first floor and arcade level will be open for retail and commercial space.
With entirely new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, new windows throughout the building, and restored marble and travertine lobbies on each floor, this promises to be a tremendous addition to the downtown marketplace.
