The Gardens Senior Housing consists of a complex of three new three-story connected wood-framed buildings with a total of 180 living units around a central courtyard. Phase I consists of two buildings with common and landscaped areas and parking lot. There are 114 one- and two-bedroom units. Phase II will add the third building with 64 more units with landscaped areas. The common areas include laundry facilites, exercise rooms, meeting rooms, activity rooms, and a beautiful courtyard with reflective pool and gazebo. All units are handicap adaptable. Units have full open kitchens with snack bar, dishwasher, range and refrigerator. |
