The Sage Crossing Apartments are located near 291 Highway and Chipman Road in Lee’s Summit, Missouri. This project was a complete renovation and remodel of an existing apartment complex, consisting of 152 living units spread across 14 buildings with a stand-alone clubhouse. Demolition, hazardous material abatement, and renovation work were scheduled in phases so units could be turned over to existing residents immediately upon completion.
The new interior finishes include carpet, resilient flooring, ceramic tile, residential cabinetry, and appliances. Along with resurfaced parking areas, the new playground equipment and picnic shelter add to the resident’s experience. |
