Gladstone Senior Apartments is a 3-story, 154-unit development located at Englewood and North Main in Gladstone, Missouri. Gladstone is a mix of one and two bedroom units, designed with the senior lifestyle in mind. Spacious kitchens, easily accessible bathtub and shower units, and convenient utility rooms will make the units very livable. The units have a combination of vinyl floors for the kitchen and bath and carpet for the bedrooms and living areas, and will be furnished with kitchen appliances. Several of the units have sliding patio doors opening to wood decks or patios. Common areas include a large 2 story multipurpose room with built-in fireplace and extensive hardwood trim, luxurious lobby area, completely equipped food prep kitchen, media room, salon, and laundry facilities on each floor. The exterior of the building is a combination of stone veneer and vinyl siding. There is a large entry canopy over the main drive and ample parking with several carports. The grounds include a lovely garden area with walking trails and a wood gazebo structure in the center. The project was designed and scheduled as five separate building areas so that occupancy could begin at the finish of each individual section. Barsto has scheduled the exterior sitework to be able to gain individual Occupancy Permits.
