The Centennial Villa Seniors project is a 3-story building with 48 units and common areas. Each floor had common sitting space and common laundry facilities. Entries were controlled by cameras with call boxes going to each unit for secured access. One elevator services the entire building. This project utilized PTAC units for heating, cooling, and centralized hot water on each floor. The exterior of the building is 95% brick and 5% lap siding in gable areas.
This building was built in the historic Jazz District and Barsto used several minority contractors. |
