Conover Place Lofts are an upscale 32-unit residential loft
building located in the historic River Market in Kansas City, Missouri. Built with heavy wood timbers and concrete, the building was designed to replicate a
true factory loft look. First floor units have 20’
ceilings with a partial 2nd story open loft. Other lofts
have 13’ wood deck ceilings. All lofts have custom
kitchens with granite tops, top of the line appliances,
including washer and dryer, and Whirlpool tubs with
separate tile showers. Every unit has a large
balcony terrace. Units range in size from 1,400 sq.
ft. to 2,850 sq. ft. The building has a four-stop elevator and an enclosed parking structure on the lower level.
