Paige Pointe is a development of 22 duplexes and 10 triplexes. The project of 64 three-bedroom units and 10 two-bedroom units was designed with the bungalow look of the early 1940’s. The project is wood frame construction with exterior vinyl siding and large vinyl clad windows. The unit interiors feature a spacious kitchen with residential kitchen cabinetry, ceramic tile in the bath areas, and washer/dryer hookups. The Clubhouse is designed with a large living room with vaulted ceilings for use by any of the neighborhood residents. Substantial completion for this project was attained three months ahead of schedule.
