Longfellow Heights Apartments are located between 26th & 27th and between Troost and Harrison in Kansas City, Missouri. The project consists of 13 buildings with 75 units. The scope of work included all site construction and concrete work. The exteriors of the building are masonry with vinyl siding. All units include residential appliances, residential casework and mini blinds. The apartment complex is surrounded by an ornamental iron fence with security gates and had above average apartment grade finishes.
