The Cardinal Ridge Apartments are located near 40 Highway and Noland Road in Kansas City, Missouri. The project was built on a site with a total of 23.08 acres. The Cardinal Ridge complex consists of a 90-unit, 3-story building for senior citizens, 35 walk-up apartments and 35 townhouses designed for families with a stand-alone community building (total 160 units). Site work, earthwork and concrete flatwork were scheduled so that buildings could be turned over to the owner immediately upon completion. The exterior of the buildings include vinyl siding with brick veneer accents. The interior finishes include: carpet, resilient flooring, ceramic tile, residential cabinetry and appliances.
