One of the founding partners of the company, Jim continues to work with the Executive Management Team who directs the day-to-day operations and financial administration of the company.
With over 30 years experience in all facets of the construction industry, Jim's primary focus is to insure that Barsto Construction, Inc. remains dedicated to its clients by completing projects on time, within budget and with a high degree of quality.

Jon Runyan, President
Jon has over ten years of management experience and five years in the construction industry. Jon's experience in business ownership, management and supplier selection ensure a well-run project from inception to final completion.
As President of Barsto Construction, Jon continues to serve as a project executive and is responsible for the overall management of the company's operations including project management, cost controls, field administration, pre-construction services, business development and client relationships.

Robert A. Caffarelli, Operations Manager
Bob has over 22 years of experience in the construction industry on a wide variety of projects on a local as well as a national basis and has successfully managed more than 100 projects ranging in size from less than one million dollars to over sixty million dollars.
As Operations Manager, Bob directs and coordinates activities of the field and the office to ensure that our clients' needs are being met. He also establishes and implements departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures and ensures that operations are running efficiently and effectively.
