James L. Stotts, Chief Executive Officer 

One of the founding partners of the company, Jim continues to work with the Executive Management Team who directs the day-to-day operations and financial administration of the company.

With over 30 years experience in all facets of the construction industry, Jim’s primary focus is to insure that Barsto Construction, Inc. remains dedicated to its clients by completing projects on time, within budget and with a high degree of quality.

 

Robert A. Caffarelli, President

Bob has over 22 years of experience in the construction industry on a wide variety of projects on a local as well as a national basis and has successfully managed more than 100 projects ranging in size from less than one million dollars to over sixty million dollars.

As President of Barsto Construction, he continues to serve as a project executive and is responsible for the overall management of the company’s operations including project management, cost controls, field administration, pre-construction services, business development and client relationships.

Jon Runyan, Vice-President

Jon has over ten years of management experience and five years in the construction industry. Jon’s experience in business ownership, management and supplier selection ensure a well run project from inception to final completion.

As Vice President, Jon oversees the bid process as well as the operations process to ensure that our clients have the information they need prior to construction and that the project stays within the owners’ expectations for budgets, quality and completion dates.
