As the general contractor, Barsto is responsible for all aspects of the construction of a project after the design is complete. Our services include estimating, scheduling, procurement, construction administration, field supervision, safety, quality control, documentation, close-out and warranty of the projects. Design-Build. Our design-build process eliminates the barriers typically encountered during construction by allowing the same people that are involved with the construction of a project to be involved in the design process as well. This results in construction documents that are both code-compliant and reasonable for today's construction practices, a more compressed completion schedule and cost efficiencies that enhance the owner's project budget. Construction Management. As the Owners' Representative, Barsto has the expertise to guide and direct the overall management of the project.
